The TEACHING DEPARTMENT operates within INTERLANG as a team of experts devoted solely to the teaching of languages to adults, professionals and company staff, with two approaches:
Corporate programmes:- "In company" training. The deployment of our teachers to the places of work is highly advantageous in terms of time, convenience and supervision by the company itself.
- Training in our own centre. On an Individual basis or as part of a mini-group.
As a step prior to embarking upon any training scheme,INTERLANG offers its Customers the possibility of undertaking a Language Audit. This involves an in-depth analysis of each Company’s needs and requirements in language training, thereby leading to the design of a Training Scheme consisting of various inter-connecting programmes.
The audit is performed in two stages:
- Analysis and collation of organisational data, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, wherein consideration is given to those aspects and determinants that are specific to the Company and its overall goals.
- Diagnosis of level and analysis of individual needs, whereby complete information is gathered regarding the level of knowledge, background, needs and goals of the interested parties.
The Training Project is therefore subsequently drawn up to cater for specific individuals and their professional duties, whilst taking into account the Company’s business and goals.
The Programmes constituting each Training Project provide original solutions for the more common needs and requirements facing students working in the professional enviroment, as much in terms of their format as in their content.
